Se você passa muitas horas em frente ao computador trabalhando, navegando na internet ou então jogando video game, você deveria pensar em proteger seus olhos da exposição contínua a tela do computador.
Vista embaçada, olhos vermelhos, cansaço e dor de cabeça são sintomas que podem ocorrer por conta dessa exposição excessiva. Apesar de eu não ser médico, muito menos oculista, eu pesquisei a respeito e achei os óculos com lentes video filter, lentes azuis com filtro que bloqueiam os raios da tela do computador.
Após eu começar a usar, eu senti um grande alívio mesmo após ficar horas em frente ao computador. É claro que o ideal é você parar e levantar um pouco a cada hora para descansar a vista, porém mesmo assim você está suscetível aos sintomas mencionados acima, por isso fica aqui minha recomendação.
